Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

What items are returnable?

You can return unused items, in new condition, with all tags attached, in the original package for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase -- except for safety and lifesaving equipment which can’t be returned after purchase. Safety equipment include helmets, life jackets, and climbing gear.

How soon will I get my refund?

Exchange and Refunds are processed 3 to 4 days after your products arrive at our warehouse. They are then reviewed by the logistics team. 

For refunds, the money will be transferred to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it’s usually within 48hrs.

Can I exchange a product I ordered online?

Yes! You can replace a damaged item or exchange to a different size or color using the return portal, by selecting the exchange option. If you wish to exchange for a different type of product, please purchase the replacement item you desire on the website, and initiate a return/refund for the one you are returning
